It seems like Windows has identified the remote VPN network is a Class A network, and it will put all Class A range which is a /8 to Site A, even when the network was configured as /24. We want the users to be able to click Connect and do not have to worry about adding static route in command prompt. I am just wondering whether there is any settings on the client local computer other than adding static route rule to stop this from happening. Anything on 10.0.0.0/8 range willīelow is the route print result when Site B client is connected
The problem we are having it, when the "Use default gateway on remote network" is unticked on client in Site B, all traffic are going through the Site B Client local gateway fine EXCEPT for anything on 10.0.0.0/8.
However, I am getting an issue which I cannot seems to find out why but thinking it is probably how Microsoft Windows handle the subnet routing. I have recently deployed the Direct Access server to handle SSTP connections.
